| | | Quartz sand
The quartz sand mine developed by us is formed by the quartz in the sea after weathering. The completed weathered quartz has the natural particle size of 20-200 mesh, with the mineral reserve of at least 10 million tons. It is a high-quality mine rarely found in China.

二、Product Feature ：
1. Containing no free quartz, the quartz has its crystal form tending to be stable after hundreds years of weathering, i.e., without any volumetric change due to the crystal transformation (such as the crack of tile or crack of glaze).
2. It has the stable quality and fine whiteness. The product contains no impurity and has the stable chemical composition, with the calcined whiteness greater than 85-95%.
3. It is easier to crush the weathered quartz by ball mill that has the better suspension property.
4. It contains the proper amount of Al203 that may reduce the consumption of alumina powder, to reduce the production costs and increase the whiteness of the product.
三、The product is applicable for highly white daily-use ceramics, ceramic ground glaze (slip coating), zircon opal frit, matt frit, transparent frit, microcrystal glass frit and glass fiber.
四、Size: 100 mesh, 200 mesh, 250 mesh or 325 mesh, packed in the woven bags of 50kg. |
